For the past 17 Years the Sharon Timlin Memorial Event has been both a celebration of community and a substantial fundraiser supporting ALS research.
The Timlin Committee has been planning for a live event this June, however, for the safety of the community we have decided to shift our event to a virtual platform this year. It was a decision that did not come easily, but ultimately the health and wellbeing of our participants, volunteers, local community and staff is of utmost importance to us.
Therefore, rather than gathering runners and walkers together on the Timlin 5K race route, participants can run 3.1 miles between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 20th on any route of their choosing (except for the Timlin route, as we need to avoid gatherings of large groups).
